Most recently I led FanPro Studio's AI media generation platform — frontend, APIs, payments, auth, and the release train — from an empty repository to public beta. Before that, four years as the founding frontend hire at EximPe, an RBI-licensed cross-border payment aggregator, from launch to 50K+ monthly active users — on top of two years across passwordless auth and product engineering.

I lead frontends, write design systems, take the 2am pages, and unironically enjoy the part where you finally find the bug.

  • Took the platform from an empty repository to public beta in four months — 4 generation modes, 20 generation types, onboarding, an asset library, and a creator marketplace. Next.js 16 + React + TypeScript.
  • Built the generation backend: API routes and server actions that submit jobs to AI model providers, background jobs that track status, provider webhooks that store results.
  • Wired Stripe and WorkOS end to end — checkout, credit-granting webhooks, session handling — and social publishing to 11 platforms with OAuth, a content calendar, and a composer.
  • Set up Datadog monitoring, a 4-environment gated release train, and product analytics from scratch: funnels, generation conversion, referrals, ads attribution.
  • Cut explore-page CLS from 0.66 to 0.003, traced an 8.3s LCP to a 14.8MB chunk and defined the fix, mentored 3 engineers, and built the team's AI-assisted dev workflow.

  • Rebuilt core payment flows: transaction time down 30%, JS bundle down 40%, Lighthouse from 39 to 81.
  • Raised mobile KYC completion from 25% to 85% with funnel analytics and A/B-tested redesigns.
  • Built an 80+ component Storybook design system used across all 3 apps; shipped RBI-aligned payment and KYC flows, fixed VAPT findings, added CSP/CSRF/XSS defenses.
